More About Me

Proud Father of five, honorable husband, retired educator of K-College, and contemporaneous Real Estate Agent.

I was born and raised in Ann Arbor Michigan. Both parents were raised in the heartland of Iowa on farms. Father ended up a professor at University of Michigan in Mathematics. I played ice hockey from the age of four and grew up in a front porch community with many children out and about. Loved being a part of community with gatherings together in street parties, dances and picnics. Home is a precious place for me and I appreciate each persons' desire to find and secure for clients to find their true dream home. With my Mother living in the Sarasota area for over forty years, I have traveled and even sent my kids here to this area in that same time. Finally, built our home in North East Bradenton and lived here for the last eleven years. Even though I am a surfer and this is the Gulf of Mexico coast line, I find a way to enjoy the areas water ways by kayaking, canoeing, jet skiing, fishing (both Manatee River, Bay and Big Water), and chilling in the Gulf on five of the best beaches in this country. My wife and I are "foodies" and love the many restaurants in this area. I have also loved riding horses and running free across large open lands. Just East of most of this area offers wide open spaces and the opportunities to own land with a view that is timeless. With both of my parents raised in Iowa, I appreciate the farm land, rustic spaces and stretch communities. We have it all just in our reach here. Not to mention, Orlando under an hour and a half, St Pete in thirty and Tampa an hours distance offering the pro scene and shows/concerts. My wife and I truly love to help support our clients in real estate, with many of them becoming life long friends of ours.
